At the helm of Cipressino’s kitchen, David brings a passion for cuisine with a focus on quality ingredients, seasonal flavours, and thoughtful preparation.

Drawing inspiration from Tuscany’s rich culinary heritage, he creates dishes that highlight local produce and the natural character of each ingredient. His approach combines respect for traditional recipes with a contemporary perspective, resulting in a menu that evolves with the seasons.

Together with his team, David is committed to offering guests a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience, where good food and genuine hospitality come together in the heart of the Tuscan countryside.

Our seasonal menu is inspired by the freshest ingredients and the best products Tuscany has to offer. Many ingredients come directly from our farm, including vegetables, olive oil, fruits, chestnuts, and wine, ensuring fresh and authentic flavors.

Truffle Experience

In Tuscany, truffles are available year-round, and from November to December, our special menu highlights the prized truffle in every dish, offering a true taste of local tradition.

Breakfast

Our guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast with homemade bread, pastries, and seasonal fruits.

Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00.

Lunch

Upon reservation we provide packed picnic lunches for hotel guests.

Lunch is served from 12:00 to 15:00 on Saturday and Sunday.

Dinner

Taste our fresh pasta, classic dishes and delicious desserts.

Dinner is served from 19:00 to 21:00.
